Go Anime returns to Heroes Made in Asia!

Go Anime (www.goanime.nl) is set to become the anime streaming platform of the Benelux. After a successful edition last year at the Heroes Dutch Comic Con, Go Anime will once again be present at Heroes Made in Asia in Gorinchem on February 24th and 25th.

Learn Japanese and Korean with us at Kotatsu and EduKimchi!

Then you’ve come to the right place with Kotatsu and EduKimchi. Together with our vibrant (online) community of language and culture enthusiasts, we’ll get you to go from zero to fluent in Japanese or Korean. On Saturday and Sunday, we will be hosting a Japanese and a Korean workshop. Will we see you there too? Come join us!

This is the most fun event during spring break!

Looking for a fun event during the spring break? Heroes Made in Asia is a two-day event dedicated to Asian (pop) culture. The event will take place on February 24th and 25th at Evenementenhal Gorinchem. Explore all the fun market stalls, marvel at the cosplay competitions, cheer on your favorite gamers during gaming tournaments, and taste delightful Asian street food. International special guests will also be present, and workshops and demonstrations will be organized, such as a Kintsugi masterclass, manga drawing, and sword fighting. These are the most exciting parts you definitely shouldn’t miss!

New! Mike McFarland is attending HMIA 2024!

Mike McFarland is coming to Heroes Made in Asia! ⭐️ Mike has been acting professionally for over 20 years in various roles, but is most known for his voice work in animations and videogames, like Master Roshi in DragonBall Z and DragonBall Super. 🎮

Michaela Jill Murphy (aka Jessie Flower) is our new Special Guest!

She is a Los Angeles based actor, singer, and writer known for voicing “Toph Beifong” in Nickelodeon’s Avatar: The Last Airbender. Other credits include “Chaca” in Kronk’s New Groove/Emperor’s New School, “Young Franny” in Meet the Robinsons, “Nasse” in Platinum End, and “Harika” in Boruto.
