こんにちは! 안녕하세요!

Have you always wanted to learn Japanese or Korean? On the 24th (14:00-15:00) and 25th (13:00-14:00) of February we will be hosting introductory Japanese and Korean workshops to give your language learning journey a kickstart! You’ll be able to write your name in Japanese and introduce yourself in Korean. And fyi, there’s a little surprise waiting for you at the end of this article…

Who are we?
Hi! We are Kotatsu and EduKimchi and it’s our goal to get you from zero to fluent in Japanese and Korean in a fun and approachable way! Not only do we offer separate courses in grammar, speaking and writing, with our services it’s possible to begin your language learning journey with a high-quality, language program in which we offer all the necessary courses you’ll need to reach a certain level!

It might all seem like a lot, learning a language like Japanese or Korean. Trust us, we’ve been there too! Yet it all starts with some interest, motivation, a warm community and a brief introduction to the language. And that’s why we started our free 10-Day Bootcamps! During our workshops at Heroes Made In Asia, we will give you a sneak peak of these bootcamp lessons and this is what you can expect…

The Japanese かな (kana) Alphabets: Master Writing Your Name
One of the things that makes the Japanese language unique is their alphabets! During our workshop we will tell you a bit about the history of their alphabets and focus on writing both hiragana and katakana! In the end you’ll be familiar with both kana alphabets and you’ll be able to write your name and those of others. Not only is it a skill not a lot of people master, it’s the perfect start to get into learning Japanese! This workshop will be in Dutch.

Introduction to 한국어 (hangugeo: Korean): The Perfect Self-Introduction
Korean pop culture is booming right now, so why not start your Korean language journey too? In our Korean workshop, we will focus on the basics: how the sentence structure works and how to introduce yourself with your best pronunciation. You’ll leave this workshop confidently introducing yourself in Korean! This workshop will mainly be in Dutch.

And now for the little surprise…
As we are super excited to see you all during Heroes Made In Asia, we’d like to give you a little something to help you in your study of Korean and Japanese. By signing up for our free 10-Day Bootcamp through these links…

we will give you our Kana or Hangeul Paperback with all the ins and outs of the Japanese and Korean alphabets, including some pages to practice writing the characters! More info on the bootcamps can be found through these links as well.

Show us the confirmation mail at the workshop you’re attending, and we’ll give it to you right then and there.

We can’t wait to meet you all at Heroes Made In Asia!
