Vincent Regan – Monkey D. Garp
Vincent Regan is globally known for his commanding performance as Monkey D. Garp in Netflix’s live action One Piece.
In the world of One Piece, Garp the Fist is a legendary Vice-Admiral and the famous “Hero of the Navy”, father of Monkey D. Dragon and grandfather of Monkey D. Luffy. He once cornered Gol D. Roger, took care of Roger’s son Portgas D. Ace after his execution, and is renowned for his superhuman strength. In the live action series, Vincent Regan brings that mix of power, warmth and tough love to life on screen.
A veteran of large‑scale fantasy and action cinema, Regan has appeared as Atlan in Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom and Duke Hammond in Snow White and the Huntsman, alongside standout roles in epic productions including 300, Troy and Clash of the Titans.

Craig Fairbrass – Chef Zeff
Craig Fairbrass is a British actor and voice artist known for his role as Chef Zeff in Netflix’s One Piece live action series. Zeff (ゼフ, Zefu) is the owner and head chef of the floating restaurant Baratie, and a former pirate known as “Red Foot”, who famously saved Sanji’s life when he was a child, a pivotal moment in Sanji’s backstory.
Fairbrass is also widely recognised for his iconic work in the Call of Duty franchise, voicing Gaz and Simon “Ghost” Riley, and as the lead actor in the Rise of the Footsoldier franchise, where his portrayal of Pat Tate made him instantly recognisable across the UK.
