For this two-day event, top chef Miyuki Masuda is traveling to Utrecht to share her expertise in Japanese cuisine. On the food theater stage, she will demonstrate how to prepare authentic Japanese dishes. Get ready to take notes and taste her amazing dishses.

Miyuki is Chef de Partie at the renowned sushi restaurant Kashiba, founded by Kashiba Shiro, a former apprentice of the legendary Jiro Ono. Masuda is a true trailblazer: she became the first female chef to work in Kashiba’s kitchens.
