Follow this workshop on May 6 & 7, 2023!

Wing Chun is a concepts-based Chinese martial art and form of self defense. It is a relatively young martial art, that developed in southern Chine about 300 years ago during the Qing Dynasty. Wing Chun was created by a Buddhist nun, NG Mui, who was a master of Shaolin Kung Fu. She used her training and personal experience to create a compact form of Kung Fu to exploit weaknesses in other combat styles and give advantage to smaller fighters. Today many people have heard about this martial arts through martial arts super star Bruce Lee and through the popular Ip Man movies series.

Do you want to learn an Asian martial art? Do you want to become more resilient and self-confident? Have you ever been interested in Chinese Wing Chun Kung Fu? Or do you simply enjoy sports and exercise? Then come to Heroes Made in Asia and participate in these sessions.

Since 1974, the Wing-Chun Kung-Fu Association has been teaching to your complete satisfaction in various cities. You are welcome to attend a complimentary trial class. You can request a free trial lesson and find various training locations on the website www.wing-chun.nl.
