Insurance & Liability
We have established a number of rules within Easyfairs regarding insurance and liability.
Stand insurance
Easyfairs offers a collective stand insurance policy in which exhibitors can participate at an attractive rate. For all questions regarding the collective stand insurance, please refer to: www.inevexco.co.uk.
Welding at the booth
Gas cylinders
- Only working stock is allowed on the event floor, i.e. 1 bottle, which must be secured against tipping over.
- The remaining stock must be stored in a ventilated, enclosed area separate from the building, at least 15 metres from the venue.
- At the end of each event day, the valves on the cylinders must be closed.
Protection
- Workstations must be properly screened off from visitors by means of a barrier made of hard plastic or glass. Visitors must not be able to come into contact with heated parts or open fire.
- The floor must also be protected, for example with a rubber mat.
- It is mandatory to have a fire extinguisher and fire blanket on the stand.
- Demonstrations may only be given by appropriately trained personnel.
- Electric welding fume extraction is mandatory.
