Accessibility
- On Saturday and Sunday, the loading doors close strictly at 09:00. After this, you can enter the event via the main entrance East – entrance hall 8.
- Parking is available at P2 (all heights) and P4 (only vehicles lower than 2.70 metres).
- Between 22:00 and 07:00, lorries are not allowed to enter or leave the site due to noise disturbance for local residents.
Since 1 January 2025, a zero-emission zone applies in Utrecht. A zero-emission zone is an area where only zero-emission commercial vehicles and lorries are allowed to drive, with the aim of reducing CO2 emissions. The environmental zone has also been tightened as of 1 January 2025 for diesel passenger cars. Jaarbeurs is located within both the zero-emission zone and the environmental zone.
This means that it is not permitted to park or load and unload on the (parking) site if your vehicle does not meet the admission requirements. More information and the licence plate checker can be found at https://www.jaarbeurs.nl/zero-emissiezone-en-milieuzone.
