One Piece is more than an anime. It’s a story about dreams, deep loyalty and the relentless pursuit of freedom. For more than 25 years, the story of Luffy and his crew has pulled millions of fans into a journey that moves you, surprises you and sometimes just destroys you. This year, we’re bringing that world to Jaarbeurs Utrecht. Because during Heroes Made in Asia 2026, One Piece is bigger than ever. And to celebrate that, we’ve invited two actors from the Netflix live action series.

Craig Fairbrass and Vincent Regan: Zeff and Garp are coming to Utrecht

You’ve seen them in the series. Now you can meet them in real life. Craig Fairbrass, the man behind Zeff, the hardened cook who shaped Sanji into who he is, and Vincent Regan, who portrays Monkey D. Garp as the legendary Marine hero and grandfather and ruthless mentor of Luffy, are both coming to Heroes Made in Asia 2026 at Jaarbeurs Utrecht.

What can you expect? Meet & greets, photos and signatures: a unique chance to come face to face with the actors behind the mentors of the live action series. Exact times and the full programme will be announced soon via our website and socials.

Craig and Vincent can be booked together for a duo meet & greet on Saturday. Want to meet Vincent solo? That’s possible too, on Sunday he’s available separately. Meet & greet sessions are available in limited numbers. When they’re full, they’re full. Don’t wait too long. Get your ticket for Heroes Made in Asia 2026 now and book your meet & greet session while spots are still available.

Become part of the crew yourself

Come in cosplay and you’ll feel right at home. Heroes Made in Asia draws hundreds of cosplayers every year and One Piece characters are always well represented. From Luffy’s straw hat and Tony Tony Chopper’s hat to Nami’s tattoo, Boa Hancock, Trafalgar and much more.

Across the event floor you’ll find plenty of spots where your cosplay really comes into its own. Think photo spots where you can pose with other fans. And who knows, you might just run into the actors while you’re walking around as Luffy, Sanji or Ace.

So pull out your best outfit, bring your crew and make it a day you’ll be talking about for a long time.

Score One Piece merch? This is your chance

The Asian Market is paradise for every collector and fan. You’ll find a wide range of One Piece merchandise: figures, posters, clothing, accessories, manga and swords. From small souvenirs to items you’ve been looking for for months.

A tip from experience: come early. The most popular items go fast and the Asian Market is large enough to lose yourself in for hours. You can plan what you really want to see, but leave room to just wander around too. That’s usually when you stumble across the best things.

Not just watching, but participating

Heroes Made in Asia isn’t an exhibition you just walk through. It’s an experience. Especially if you’re a One Piece fan, there’s plenty to do.

You can follow a Manga Workshop, for example. And with live drawings by real mangaka, you can literally watch the sensei’s at work. One of the highlights is the Q&A with Vincent Regan and Craig Fairbrass, where you can ask the actors behind Garp and Zeff your questions directly. There are also panels with mangaka Gou Tanabe and Shintaro Kago, accompanied by translator Zack Davisson.

In the Cosplay Village you’ll find cosplayers who know One Piece inside out, perfect for photos, inspiration or just chatting with people who are just as deep into the series as you are. The same goes for the fan clubs attending the event, such as The Dutch Grand Fleet and the Dutch Anime Community. These are the people who don’t just watch One Piece, they live it.

The atmosphere on the floor: like stepping into the series

Picture this: cosplayers everywhere in costumes that clearly took hours to make, stands full of fan art, music from your favourite anime in the background and people who get exactly the same references as you. That’s the foundation of Heroes Made in Asia. The event floor breathes pop culture. You’ll find photo spots, thematic zones and plenty of places to stop and take it all in. Whether you’ve been following One Piece for years or only just got into it through the Netflix series, you’ll immediately feel like you’re in the right place.

You'll definitely fit in

At its core, One Piece is about belonging. About your crew, about the people who understand why certain flashbacks give you goosebumps and why other scenes make you laugh out loud.

Heroes Made in Asia is the place where that crew comes together. With Craig Fairbrass and Vincent Regan live in Utrecht, exclusive meet & greets, a packed event floor and plenty of activities around anime, manga and gaming — this is the event no One Piece fan wants to miss.
