Discover, learn, and experience with the masterclasses at Heroes Made in Asia!
Are you a fan of the fascinating Asian pop culture? This year, Heroes Made in Asia invites you to join exclusive masterclasses that will take your passion to the next level! Whether you’re a budding artist, a creative soul with a love for tradition, or simply curious to try something new, these masterclasses have something for everyone. Plus, you’ll have the chance to learn from industry experts, develop new skills, and connect with like-minded fans.

Try the art of Kintsugi, crocheting, Decoden or make your own Hanfu Hairstick! For the foodies we also have plenty of Masterclasses, from tasting traditional Japanese tea to learning how to make Matcha Latte, Kimbap and Kyaraben. 

Please note: Is the masterclass sold out during the online pre-sale? Visit the workshop desk at the event to grab a ticket on-site!

Check out the rules regarding the Masterclass Tickets:

Tickets can be collected from 10:00 AM at the workshop counter next to Hall 2.
A ticket is required for all the Masterclasses.
If you bought a ticket online, you can directly go to right room. But please be there 15 minutes in advance.

Ticket Collection Times:

  • 10:00 – 12:00 → Tickets available for all masterclasses starting until 13:00
  • 12:00 – 14:00 → Tickets available for all masterclasses starting from 13:00 onwards
    Maximum of 1 ticket per person per time slot.
  • A limited number of masterclass tickets are still available at the ticket counter, so make sure to get yours in time! Masterclasses can be paid for in cash or by card at the workshop counter.
  • Entry to masterclasses is only possible with a valid ticket.
  • Please arrive at the classroom 15 minutes before the masterclass starts. If you are not present on time, your spot will be given to someone else.
  • No tickets left? You can wait outside the classroom 5 minutes before the masterclass starts to see if any last-minute spots become available.

Immerse yourself in the Asian culture in the Heroes Workshops area through the many available workshops! 

Learn more of the Japanese culture during a Calligraphy, Language, Mizuhiki or Origami workshop. Would you rather travel to Japan? Listen to how you can prepare yourself! Cosplayers will find plenty of tips and tricks during the workshops about Facepainting, Cos-positivity and Weathering. Last but not least, you can also learn how to start Voice acting/dubbing! At which workshop will we see you?

Check out the rules regarding the Heroes Workshop Tickets:

  • The Free workshop tickets can be picked up at the Workshop Ticket BALIE near to hall 2.
    • For the workshops in the morning you can get your ticket from 10:00 untill 12:00.
    • For the workshops in the afternoon you can get your tickets from 12:00 – 14:00.
    • It is not possible to get a ticket in the morning for an workshop in the afternoon. 
  • You need to get tickets for the workshops in Heroes Workshops 1 – 2- 3 -4.
  • You don’t need a ticket for K-pop and Active Heroes.
  • You can only get 2 workshop tickets per person per timeslot.
  • You can only access the workshops with a ticket.
  • You must be present 5 minutes before the workshop stats otherwise your spot will be given away.
  • Are the tickets sold out? You can wait by the door 5 minutes before the workshop starts to see if there are any last minute spots available!
