It’s been two days since visitors came to Evenementenhal Gorinchem for Heroes Made in Asia! Did you miss the event or do you want to relive it? In this article you can read all the highlights of Heroes Made in Asia!

Main Stage

The Main Stage had a full program! There was a performance by Taiko group Araumi Daiko who really gave a show! You could also attend different Live Drawing sessions on Saturday & Sunday. At the end of the day, you could jump and sing along to your favorite anime songs during the Dress Up Town performance.

Cosplay Contest & Catwalk

The Cosplay Contest & Catwalk also took place on the Main Stage and were a great success. We enjoyed all the beautiful cosplays on the catwalk. We’ve been amazed at the Cosplay Contest! Congratulations to the winners!

Jason Paige

On Saturday and Sunday, Jason Paige could be found on the Main Stage. He answered all the questions during the Q&A and then he gave a performance where everyone sang along loudly with the OG Pokémon Theme Song!

Heroes Workshops

Did you try one of the many free Heroes Workshops that were offered? Especially the Tea Ceremony was very popular, but all the workshops were almost full! From Wig Styling to Asian martial arts, you could try it all out!

 Food Theatre and Food Market

Do you now know how to make Sushi? In the Food Theater they explained step by step how you can make certain Sushi! During Heroes Made in Asia, you didn’t have to be hungry either. At the Food Market you could try all kinds of Asian Dishes!

Gaming Area

Of course you could also play different games during Heroes Made in Asia and participate in a lot of tournaments! From Super Smash Bros. Ultimate to Pokémon Unite. You didn’t have to participate in a tournament to be able to game! You could also play Rocket League, Dragon Ball FighterZ and many more games. Or maybe you attended a panel on the gaming stage. As a Gamer, you didn’t have to get bored!

Heroes Made in Asia was a success and we hope to see you during the next edition on 22 & 23 October 2022 in Evenementenhal Gorinchem!
